This is a 74 page A5 paperback book that provides an overview of the work I produced in the 3 years spent documenting the partial demolition and subsequent construction of a heritage building in the heart of Covent Garden, London.

Having been used as a power station for the West End theatres, and a munitions factory in the Second World War, the building between Short's Gardens and Betterton Street has had a fascinating history. I documented the artefacts and empty building before work started in 2021, and then continued through the rain and shine until it was completed in 2024.

I wanted to bring a more human and playful element to architectural photography, and loved the opportunity to point my camera at whatever interested me that day, whether it was because of the light, the composition or the subject matter.

The book is limited to 150 copies.
